Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.
Position Overview:
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) Primary Care Physician either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained to join our Redmond Medical Center team in Redmond, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

  • This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
  • You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
  • Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
  • AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
  • In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
  • Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
