Job description

Job Title: Clerical/Receptionist for Dermatology Office
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Specialty: Dermatology
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
EMR: EMMA (Not Required) Tebra software a plus
Compensation: $22–$23/hour
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be greeting, handling high-volume calls, appointment scheduling, confirming appointments while ensuring HIPAA compliance. The ability to collect payments, verify deductibles and maintain a tidy, welcoming waiting area. Key duties include but are not limited.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Dermatology knowledge
  • Experience working in a busy front office reception area surgery center function
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Tebra preferred)
  • Working knowledge of collecting co-pays and verify deductibles
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and communicate office staff
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment
