About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hair Stylist to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver highquality hairdressing services in line with luxury salon and brand standards
  • Lead by example in client service, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional presentation
  • Recommend appropriate hair treatments and retail products tailored to client needs
  • Support daily salon operations, including appointment flow and service coordination
  • Stay current with international hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Proven experience in luxury hair salons, private salons, or 5star / ultraluxury hotels
  • Strong handson background as a senior hairdresser or therapist
  • International working experience in Thailand and/or Indonesia is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, guestfocused approach
  • Passionate about service excellence, quality, and continuous professional development
