We’re looking for hardworking, energetic individuals to join our Fish Market team. As a Fish Monger, you’ll learn the art of seafood preparation, help guests select fresh seafood, and play a key role in delivering the quality and service our guests have loved for generations.

No Fish Monger experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for motivated team members.

What You'll Do

  • Clean, fillet, portion, and prepare fresh fish and seafood
  • Create attractive seafood displays for guests
  • Maintain freshness, quality, and product rotation standards
  • Assist guests with seafood selections and recommendations
  • Support inventory, stocking, and organization of storage areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
