Lead Teacher - Soaring Chicken Farm Ministry

Join our Christian outdoor farm school and help the next generation discover faith, nature, and hands-on learning all in one place. This part-time teaching role is perfect for educators passionate about integrating Biblical values with real-world experiences on the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, faith-based lessons for children in an outdoor farm setting

• Guide children in hands-on farm activities such as gardening, animal care, and nature exploration

• Create a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment

Qualifications

• Active Christian faith and alignment with the ministry's values and mission

• Experience working with children in an educational, church, or camp setting

• A genuine love for nature, animals, and outdoor education is essential

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude are a must

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

• Background check required

Schedule & Compensation
