Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Food and Beverage Team, the Steward is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Steward is responsible for assisting in the kitchen's day-to-day operations and all individual Food and Beverage outlets, mop floors, clean pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, and utensils.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors, mats, kitchen, and equipment, and rinsing out garbage cans.
• Practice and follow safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines.
• Report any broken, chipped, worn, or otherwise faulty items and equipment to the Supervisor.
• Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes.
• Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas.
• Ensure floors are always dry and clean; remove and replace large mats from the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash.
• Assist and support catering and special events as requested.
• Identify and solve problems with kitchen equipment.
• Sanitize and ensure general kitchen cleanliness.
• Support Prep Cooks as necessary.
• Perform deep cleaning of the stoves and other kitchen appliances.
• Assist with delivery orders and stock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred qualifications:
• 1+ year of dishwashing experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices/machines.
