Media Buyer – Paid Social

This role will be pivotal in driving success across paid social channels by executing and optimizing high-performance paid media strategies. As a key player, you will execute on paid social strategies, analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI. You will stay up-to-date on the latest channel features and trends, manage performance analytics, and support the broader marketing team with insights and recommendations to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as media buyer for campaigns across paid social channels (such as Meta, X, Reddit, Tik Tok, and Pinterest) managing a portfolio of high-growth accounts
  • Test and refine media strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights
  • Analyze performance data to identify patterns, optimization opportunities, and scalable strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, new platform features, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns reflect the latest best practices
  • Develop biweekly performance reports, distilling key insights and actionable recommendations and optimizations
  • Serve as an expert on media buying, with a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and optimization levers
  • Pull key performance data to support strategic planning and forecasting across the agency
  • Support the sales process by executing detailed audits of prospective clients' paid social accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Deep expertise in Meta, X, Reddit, and Pinterest Ads Managers, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative formats
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and creative optimization
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools and reporting platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present insights to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and adapting strategies to reflect new platform capabilities
