About Red Antler
Red Antler is a leading branding agency that empowers startups and established businesses to tell their story, reach new audiences, and deliver powerful results. We've done this for PopUp Bagels, Hinge, Chime, Ramp, and Supergoop to name a few. We collaborate across disciplines to create and develop dynamic brand worlds for our clients. From naming and logo development, to website, app, and campaign creation, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a brand.
The Role
We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive Red Antler's new business engine across inbound and outbound opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will own a portion of inbound opportunities from the first conversation through close. On the outbound side, you will play an integral role in identifying prospects, cultivating relationships, and building the programs that secure long-standing retained clients.
You bring a sharp strategic mind, strong presentation skills, and the hustle to build a pipeline and win. You know how to cultivate long-horizon relationships, especially with senior leaders at both startups and established companies. You know how to evaluate opportunities with rigor, identifying the clients and work that are the right fit for Red Antler. You guide both prospective clients and the Red Antler team as a trusted advisor, ensuring the partnership is set up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
Inbound Pipeline
  • Lead introductory meetings to identify needs, develop proposals, manage contracting, and close with a successful handoff to the working team.
  • Introduce key agency leaders into the process at the right moments, including credentials meetings and proposal development.

Outbound Pipeline
  • Identify, research, and qualify target accounts aligned to Red Antler's strategic priorities, with a focus on larger-scale enterprise companies across key verticals and client profiles.
  • Activate pursuit strategy while building and managing a prospect pipeline through email, LinkedIn, events, and warm introductions.
  • Develop outreach strategies, messaging, and relevant content that open doors and create meaningful first conversations.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned RFIs and RFPs, developing responses that are specific, compelling, and client-centered.
  • Translate Red Antler's creative capabilities into clear narratives tailored to each opportunity.
  • Present and defend recommendations confidently in client-facing meetings and competitive pitches.

Relationship Development
  • Build and nurture external relationships with prospective clients, procurement leaders, search consultants, and industry thought leaders to position Red Antler as the agency of choice for transformative brand and creative work.
  • Represent Red Antler at industry events and in relevant professional communities.
  • Develop strong internal relationships across strategy, creative, client services, project management, finance, and HR to effectively collaborate on pursuits and deliver a seamless client experience.

Content and Communications Partnership
  • Partner with the Communications Director to develop and execute content that supports outbound pursuit strategy, including press releases, case studies, thought leadership, and awards submissions.
  • Surface insights from prospect conversations and market trends to drive the development of new content that sharpens agency positioning.

CRM and Reporting
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting across assigned inbound and outbound opportunities.

About You
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development within a creative agency, consultancy, or related environment.
  • A strategic thinker who can develop a pitch narrative and present it with conviction.
  • Proven track record of owning opportunities end-to-end: qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to earn trust with senior client stakeholders and internal collaborators alike, including the ability to articulate the power of brand and creative as core drivers of business success.
  • Experience developing materials for search consultants and enterprise procurement leads, including credentials, RFIs, RFPs, and financial models.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, with strong habits around pipeline tracking, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
  • Genuine passion for brands, creativity, and culture.
