Job description

Exquisite Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial to our growth and success, as you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing top-producing real estate agents. You will act as a business consultant for these agents, showing them how their careers will thrive within Exquisite, building lasting relationships, and then introducing them to the rest of the team. This position is available for either our Houston location or our San Antonio location to recruit for our HTX market.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000


Responsibilities:

Identify and Recruit Top Talent:

  • Proactively source and identify high-performing real estate agents through various channels, including industry events, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract the best talent in the market.

Business Consulting:

  • Serve as a business consultant for recruited agents, providing them with insights, tools, and strategies to enhance their performance and grow their careers.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business planning sessions with agents to ensure they are meeting their goals and leveraging the resources available at Exquisite Properties.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing agents, understanding their career aspirations, strengths, and areas for development.

  • Foster a supportive and engaging environment that promotes long-term retention and satisfaction.

Market Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exquisite Properties as the premier choice for real estate professionals.

  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to leadership to help shape recruitment strategies.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and have access to necessary resources.

  • Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs that enhance agents' skills and knowledge.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in luxury markets.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse personalities.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a business consultant, providing valuable insights and guidance to agents.
