Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

Become a Key Player as a Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

You will support high-volume hiring by running job-posting operations, maintaining candidate data, and proactively sourcing talent for the organization. You will enable recruiters and hiring managers to move roles quickly by keeping platforms, pipelines, and records accurate and current. This is a Remote role with expectation of full-time availability.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Create, publish, refresh, edit, and close job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, BrightMove, and other channels following platform-specific guidelines.
  • Post roles for clients and partners through platform extensions and email requests, ensuring listings remain accurate and consistent.
  • Manage applicant scraping, download CVs, and organize candidate materials in the database.
  • Maintain a clean, de-duplicated candidate database and follow process documentation for data integrity.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and other channels; build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority openings.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and track engagement to feed the hiring pipeline.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Prior experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, talent acquisition support, or a similar high-volume coordination role.
  • Hands-on familiarity with job boards and ATS platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and BrightMove strongly preferred).
  • Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to find and engage qualified candidates independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and record-keeping.
  • Comfort following structured, platform-specific guidelines and process documentation.
  • A reliable internet connection and the ability to work full-time hours with consistent availability.
