GE Appliances Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
The Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting efforts with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid recruiting fundamentals and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to drive day-to-day recruitment activity and help maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
This position will also support various functions.   • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand recruiting needs, role requirements, and candidate competencies

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer support, and pre-onboarding coordination

  • Proactively source qualified and diverse candidates through direct sourcing and networking

  • Manage job requisitions in Workday ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely progress reporting

  • Support diversity hiring efforts by engaging with GE Appliances' Affinity Groups and inclusive sourcing strategies

  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making

  • Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding employment

  • Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure pre-onboarding activities are completed on time

What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience

  • Direct sourcing experience for active and passive talent

  • Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday ATS experience a plus

  • Familiarity with recruiting for large CPG or other manufacturing organizations.
