As a result of continued growth and high customer demand at Franklin Park Lincoln, we are in need of additional service writers who are friendly, high-energy, and customer service-oriented.  No prior service writer experience is necessary! We are looking for people who can work in a fast-paced environment  and offer our customers a great repair service experience.

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones

• Overseeing Service Orders and flow of the Drive Lane

• Distributing the work between Technicians in an efficient manner

• Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous, and professional service

• Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle’s problems or service, warranty, and repairs

What We Seek:

• STRONG Customer Service Skills/Experience

• Retail sales experience or hospitality industry experience 

• Good energy, friendly, able to build great rapport with customers

• High focus on CSI and the customer’s repair service experience

• SALES skills are a PLUS

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good computer skills

• Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated

• Prior Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience in any professional setting would be a PLUS but is not Required!

• Basic Automotive Knowledge and Maintenance understanding is a PLUS but not Required! We will TEACH you!
