As the Bilingual Campus Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our valued client, Eli Lilly Canada, a company deeply committed to making life better for people around the world.

This role is essential in helping build Lilly's early talent pipeline, engaging the next generation of leaders who will help drive advancements in healthcare. By managing intern recruitment and brand ambassador programs, you will contribute directly to talent strategies that support Lilly's long-term success in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for all intern roles across Canada, in both English and French.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the onboarding process for interns, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to the start of the internship.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with university partnerships, student groups, and faculty contacts to enhance campus presence and brand visibility.
  • Design, implement, and evolve Brand Ambassador programs to support employer branding and student engagement.
  • Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, case competitions, team activities and virtual networking events. Travel to campuses and in-person events will be required.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed, including recruitment for bilingual (French/English) roles across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure hiring process compliance.
  • Track and present recruitment metrics and KPIs, helping drive data-informed decisions, improve recruitment outcomes, and showcase the impact of your work to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to campus recruitment or early talent programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as be collaborative within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms for employer branding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (primarily within the GTA).
