Remote Recruiter - Preferred Location Based out of Atlanta Metropolitan Area
JOB SUMMARY:   The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.  This position is responsible for recruiting for field level security roles; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and follows up on leads.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

JOB DUTIES:

·         Responsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicants.

·        Utilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewing

·        Creates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets

·         Assists with Recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US.

·         Makes recommendations to management regarding Recruitment improvements needed. 

·         Meets with Manager and makes recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition

·         Performs additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiatives.

·         Assists with applicant tracking system compliance and functions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience: 

Associates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered. 

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

·         Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills.

·         Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.

·         Proven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals.

·         Strong customer service skills desired.

·         Ability to be an effective team member.

·         Must be self directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.

Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands
