Job Summary

Monday-Friday | Full-time | On-site

The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the HR team and company leadership to support the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role plays a key part in ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the position assists in monitoring recruiting-related expenses and ensuring effective use of resources.

Recruiting Coordinator Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and process requisition forms in coordination with department managers and HR team
  • Post job openings on internal systems (e.g., ADP) and external job boards
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume, hourly roles
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts or facility locations
  • Support HR Generalists in extending offers of employment and coordinating background checks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR shared drive
  • Support employment branding initiatives, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Assist in the coordination of hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns
  • Partner with leadership for regular workforce planning and talent discussions
  • Generate and maintain Basic Recruitment Reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience and training considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
