This role will focus exclusively on recruiting for management and administrative positions across the organization, partnering closely with leadership teams to identify exceptional talent for key professional roles.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for management and administrative positions across the organization 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities 
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process 
  • Build strong talent pipelines and maintain an active network of candidates 
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding 
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms 
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records 
  • Assist with recruiting strategies, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives 
  • Move quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
