Position Title: Luxury Sales Manager
The Luxury Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of sales and enhancing customer experiences within the gallery. This position requires a leader who can align sales execution with gallery presentation while maintaining the high service standards expected in a luxury environment. The successful candidate will foster a client-focused atmosphere, support team performance, and drive overall business objectives. Adaptability and critical thinking are essential as the gallery seeks to establish its presence in a new market. The role involves a consultative sales approach, with an emphasis on building relationships and closing high-value transactions.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
Luxury Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Engage in proactive outreach to identify and cultivate new client relationships
