We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to come aboard our team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
