Compensation: $90,000- $115,000

Overview:

The Recruitment Manager who will lead the Newburgh-based team and provide direct oversight, guidance, and support surrounding the workflow of the recruitment process. The Recruitment Manager will partner with various departments to enable business growth and assist in recruiting highly qualified home healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

***The position is based on-site, Monday-Friday and requires some local travel within Newburgh and the surrounding community for recruitment and networking events. Candidates must currently reside in/near this location to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct oversight of the Newburgh-based home care recruitment team

  • Support and develop all recruitment team members including regular professional development and teambuilding

  • Assist with sourcing, recruiting and hiring of HHA/PCA candidates

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent

  • Request and review recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with local businesses, HHA schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand Always Compassionate Health throughout the neighboring communities.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.

  • Occasional flexibility to provide support in other offices, during orientation or other events that may occur outside of work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Extensive experience with full cycle recruitment in a healthcare setting; home care strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment

  • Proven leadership skills as a supervisor/manager (team management)

  • Proficiency in navigating various technology applications to include MS Office
