What You'll Do as a Recruiter & Retention Manager

Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified driver candidates
  • Build recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, community partnerships, and outreach efforts
  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community gatherings to promote career opportunities
  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates and maintain ongoing communication

Hiring & Onboarding Support

  • Guide candidates through the recruitment and hiring process
