Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in day-to-day operations, communication management, scheduling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
