The pay for this position ranges from $63500 - $75000.
The Human Resources Coordinator reporting to the Director, Total Rewards provides day-to-day operational support to the HR team with a focus on maintaining accurate employee data in SuccessFactors, producing monthly HR dashboard reports, and supporting recruiting activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with HR systems and data, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while delivering responsive support to employees, candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • SuccessFactors administration: Process and coordinate employee data changes in SuccessFactors, including new hires, job changes, manager changes, compensation updates, transfers, terminations, and other employment status updates.
  • Review submitted HR transactions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals before processing or escalating and following up as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity by auditing employee records, identifying discrepancies, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and managers to resolve issues.
  • HR reporting and dashboards: Prepare and distribute monthly HR dashboard reports, including key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, open positions, hiring activity, time-to-fill, and other agreed-upon HR indicators.
  • Compile, validate, and analyze HR data from SuccessFactors and other sources to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
  • Recruiting support: Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer letter preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to help maintain timely candidate movement through the recruiting process.
  • Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates on requisition status, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring new hire information is accurate, documentation is complete, and required system entries are completed on time.
  • Respond to routine employee, candidate, and manager inquiries with professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, audits, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, HR operations, HRIS administration, or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or another HRIS strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing dashboards, reports, or workforce metrics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, candidates, managers, and HR colleagues.
  • Familiarity with recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, onboarding workflows, and basic employment practices preferred.
