Recruiting Coordinator Duties:
  • Answer calls using a multi-line phone system, high volume
  • Effectively screen, onboard, and hire talent 
  • Perform data entry, employment and onboarding compliance 
  • Support account manager with sourcing talent to fill jobs 
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00pm 
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of office-based customer service experience 
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented
