Account Management opportunities- 6 to 18 months following hire

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting for office based positions nationwide to meet the increased business demands of our clients. You will implement various sourcing strategies to screen resumes and interview and manage candidates through the selection process.

Account Managerย - Recruiter Position Details:

  • Source, pre-screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for a variety of positions nationwide as well as internationally.
  • Negotiate Salary and Hourly Rates as well as closing candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and extend job offers to candidates.
  • Conduct in-office interviews with local candidates
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management and Associates.
  • Check references of qualified candidates
Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • College graduate; Bachelor's degree
  • Prior sales or customer service experience
  • Desire to develop and grow a career in sales
  • Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized
  • Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities.
  • Experience working on tight deadlines;ย must be able to handle volume recruitingย where deadlines are often measured in hours, not days
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
