Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day, follow up on marketing campaigns, and drive client
    engagement
  • Research target firms for prospects
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to support segmented projects focused on advisor search
  • Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings  
  • Learn and represent our business model, value proposition, and service offerings with confidence and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or client development (prefer B2B sales)
  • Experience with CRM (SalesForce preferred); facile with Research tools (Gladstone uses Fintrx);
    office suite, Zoom
  • Strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport quickly
