About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including virtual and in-person interviews across multiple offices and project locations.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Assist candidates with application, interview, and onboarding questions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Monitor recruiting workflow compliance and ensure recruiting activities are properly completed.
  • Assist with career fairs, college recruiting events, and other recruiting events as needed.
  • Help maintain recruiting marketing materials and collateral.
  • Assist with pre-employment compliance requirements, drug screens, background checks,
  • Leverage recruiting technologies, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • Up to two years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team-oriented, proactive mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
