Job Skills / Requirements

We are hiring reliable and motivated individuals for a fast-paced packaging position. This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll stay active throughout your shift, working on a production line to package and stack products for shipment. The work is repetitive and requires consistency, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety. If you're looking for steady hours, weekly pay, and a quick start, this is a great opportunity.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) $250 SIGN ON BONUS!!

  • $17.75

Job duties: Responsible for stacking packaged products onto pallets in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner within a fast-paced production environment.

  • Correctly stacks cases of finished product onto the proper pallets.
  • Build stacks up to 7–8 feet high
  • Work on a conveyor line, keeping up with product flow
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by supervision.
  • Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervision.

Requirements:

  • Must be able pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift 25–45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours per day
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stack products above shoulder height (up to 7–8 feet)
  • Must be able to work safely around moving equipment and conveyor systems
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Work Environment:

  • Wear specialty gloves when handling waste to prevent cuts to hands.
  • The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.
