Your Role:

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from identifying and sourcing top candidates to successfully placing them with our clients. You'll utilize diverse methods like targeted calls, networking platforms, job postings, and creative sourcing strategies. Working collaboratively with hiring managers, you'll understand their needs, meet their goals, and provide data-driven updates internally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in a specific niche within the Healthcare Recruitment & Staffing market.

• Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and fulfillment.

• Source candidates using various techniques: cold outreach (calls/emails), networking sites, job ads, advanced searches, and innovative strategies.

• Achieve performance targets set with your manager on a quarterly basis to drive salary growth and unlock commission.

• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to ensure alignment on needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates to internal management.

• Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates.

• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations.

• Perform necessary background checks and credential validations.

• Contribute to recruitment-related projects as needed.
