Your Role:

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from identifying and sourcing top candidates to successfully placing them with our clients. You'll utilize diverse methods like targeted calls, networking platforms, job postings, and creative sourcing strategies. Working collaboratively with hiring managers, you'll understand their needs, meet their goals, and provide data-driven updates internally.
