Position Summary

Orlando Health is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact leadership searches across a growing, nationally recognized healthcare system. This role is ideal for a strategic talent advisor who thrives on building trusted relationships with senior leaders, engaging top executive talent, and shaping leadership pipelines that support the future of healthcare


Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle executive searches for senior leadership and hard-to-fill healthcare roles, from intake and market mapping through candidate engagement, selection, offer strategy, and onboarding transition.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders by providing market intelligence, search strategy, talent insights, and recommendations that support workforce and succession priorities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive prospects, internal leaders, HR partners, and external talent networks to strengthen Orlando Health’s leadership pipeline.Create a differentiated candidate experience by representing Orlando Health’s mission, culture, growth, and community impact with professionalism, credibility, and executive presence.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, professional associations, market research, and healthcare leadership networks.
  • Facilitate search strategy meetings, stakeholder updates, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer discussions, and timely follow-up with confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Translate search activity, market trends, candidate feedback, and recruitment risks into clear executive updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, HR technology, and Microsoft Office tools to manage searches, track activity, and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources or talent acquisition experience required, including at least two (2) years recruiting executive, senior leadership, or C-suite level talent.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, talent mapping, sourcing strategy, and executive pipeline development.
  • Experience supporting compensation discussions, offer strategy, and salary negotiations for leadership or specialized roles.
  • Proven ability to assess executive candidate qualifications, leadership competencies, organizational fit, and readiness for senior-level roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
