From first contact through onboarding, you will help create a positive experience for driver candidates while supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates

Driver Engagement & Retention

  • Build positive relationships with drivers and newly onboarded contractors
  • Promote a positive company culture through regular communication and engagement
  • Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate resources and support teams
  • Partner with leadership to support retention initiatives and driver satisfaction programs
  • Encourage long-term success through ongoing relationship-building efforts

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records
  • Track hiring activity, onboarding completion, and recruitment metrics
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to management as needed
  • Support workforce planning and other recruiting-related initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive candidate and driver experience
