Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing organization in the HVAC and mechanical services industry. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their recruiting team and are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple business units. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys full cycle recruiting, building strong hiring partnerships, and working in a fast paced environment.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver qualified candidates. This role requires a proactive sourcing approach, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings at once while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full cycle recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting channels, including networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, and community outreach.
  • Screen applicants through phone interviews and evaluate qualifications against position requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity.
  • Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and industry networking opportunities as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting team members to meet hiring goals across multiple business units.

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying both active and passive candidates.
  • Previous recruiting experience within skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, field services, logistics, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
