This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coaching others, and helping people achieve success. You'll play a key role in attracting new drivers while providing the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities of Mentorship Recruiter:Recruit & Connect with Drivers
  • Identify and attract qualified driver candidates
