Job description

Labor Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the branch Staffing Coordinators to support daily recruiting and staffing operations. Your primary focus will be recruiting, screening, and placing skilled and semi-skilled employees while helping ensure our clients' staffing needs are met quickly and efficiently. As business needs require, you may also assist with recruiting for additional positions to support branch operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both employees and clients.


Schedule: First Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Salary: $20/hr.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for specific job assignments.
  • Ensure candidates meet all client and job requirements before placement.
  • Coordinate and dispatch new hires to client job sites.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees and clients throughout the assignment process.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective guidance to employees as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to meet recruiting and staffing goals.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
  • Support additional recruiting and branch operations as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or human resources experience is preferred but not required.
