SGA is hiring a Recruiter to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Richmond Hill, GA.

The Recruiter is responsible for engaging and pipelining talent for our growing team. We are looking for a team player that is positive, highly collaborative, and ready to take on the niche recruiting needs of different departments and practices across our growing nationwide team.

This role will be heavily focused on candidate engagement, by overseeing job advertising, sourcing, and screening, ensuring a positive impression and experience for candidates, while also partnering with hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring stages to maintain best practices throughout the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent. Communicate and align on qualifying screening requirements, timeline, compensation, and influencing talent market factors for each project.

  • Ascertain the competence of the candidates against a job description; conduct phone/virtual interviews, screen and refer qualified applicants to teams for interviewing by matching education, experience and salary needs with specific job requirements.

  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to attract, advertise, & source qualified candidates through job posting sites (Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, networking and social media, and other opportunities to develop a pipeline of available candidates.

  • Utilize ATS to maintain and organize candidate records, screening notes, and statuses, while keeping hiring managers informed and talent pipeline progressively moving forward for all projects.

  • Serve as a positive partner and ambassador for SGA Dental Partners when interacting internally and externally with candidates, the public, & partners.

  • Prioritize communication and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout process, to increase offer acceptance probability and ensure the most positive candidate experience possible.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, as well as universities, colleges, and dental-related entities.

  • Aligns priorities and activities to meet recruiting department standards for candidate engagement and metrics for productivity as defined by Director of Recruiting.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong desire and ability to prioritize positive candidate engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, virtually & in person.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for finding and securing top talent.

  • Organizational ability to manage a high volume of projects and candidates, prioritizing per level of urgency.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

  • Proficient in candidate engagement best practices via social media and job boards (such as Indeed & LinkedIn).

  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Occasional travel for company and candidate engagement events.

Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

  • Dental or medical industry experience preferred.

  • A year or more experience in high volume full cycle recruiting highly preferred.

  • SHRM-CP or other HR/Talent Acquisition certifications a plus.
