Job Description:
The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of hourly, skilled, and professional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the pre-employment process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend effective recruiting approaches.
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records.
  • Guide candidates through the offer, background check, and pre-employment process.
  • Coordinate with staffing partners supporting contingent workforce hiring.
  • Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and HR systems.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in recruiting events and community outreach to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is required.
  • Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
