Overview of the role

In this position, you will develop relationships and knowledge in the accounting field in a role where you have the benefit of helping companies fill key positions and individuals find new opportunities.


Your focus is to:

  • Recruit accounting and finance professionals for specific positions through networking, direct sourcing calls, and online tools.
  • Interview accounting and finance professionals to determine skill sets and career goals.
  • Work closely with your candidates to provide career guidance and match with appropriate job opportunities at client companies.
  • Obtain new clients through direct sales & marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with hiring managers at client companies to assess job opening(s), represent appropriate candidates, and manage the interview/offer process.
  • Manage the interview process between your candidate and client, including relaying feedback between parties and salary negotiations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or communications related field preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Two (2) years of business experience preferably in management, accounting, sales or recruiting preferred
