Olsten Staffing is a fast-growing company committed to building an exceptional team and a great place to work. We are looking for a driven and personable Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent as we scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Post job ads on relevant platforms and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system
  • Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
  • Experience using recruitment tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Hours 8 am until 5 pm
  • $17.00 hour
