We are looking for a Recruiter to join a team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position is well suited for someone in recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a large volume of open roles, and maintains accuracy across candidate records and hiring activity. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a highly organized approach, and the ability to support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through coordination and documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process for a high volume of openings, from sourcing candidates through offer-stage support.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing strategies across appropriate channels.
• Screen applicants, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams in a timely manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain recruiting data accurately within the applicant tracking system and related records.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Keep recruiting activity organized by tracking priorities, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and status updates.
• Review job-related information carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all recruitment documentation.• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Demonstrated success handling high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
