About the Opportunity - Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts for a growing manufacturing operation. This position will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruiting process while delivering an excellent experience for candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Recruiting Coordinator
  • Coordinate interviews for production, skilled trades, maintenance, and office personnel
  • Communicate with candidates regarding scheduling, application status, and onboarding requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and workforce development initiatives
  • Prepare offer letters, pre-employment documents, and onboarding materials
  • Support recruiting events, plant tours, career fairs, and hiring open houses
  • Track recruiting activity and provide reporting on hiring metrics
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring procedures
Qualifications - Recruiting Coordinator
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
