ABOUT

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring across technical or non-technical (TBD after interviewing) and business organizations.


This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments. You'll partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to drive interview operations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This position goes beyond scheduling—it requires someone who is adaptable, operationally minded, and comfortable serving as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process.


Following interviewing, you'll be aligned to either technical or non-technical recruiting teams based on business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate a high volume of interview scheduling, managing approximately 400+ interview per month across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a seamless, high-touch experience.
  • Partner directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to coordinate interview logistics, calibration meetings, and hiring activities.
  • Manage complex interview calendars while balancing competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Support a recruiter portfolio of approximately 3:1 while acting as the operational face of the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate interview and recruiting data within ATS and recruiting systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, scheduling workflows, and overall process efficiency.
  • Contribute to recruiting operations initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience supporting high-growth recruiting teams.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or hyper-growth environments
  • Proven ability to thrive in constantly changing environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with confidence partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience mentoring or leading Recruiting Coordinators is a plus.
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuously improving recruiting processes.
  • Demonstrated curiosity around AI tools and workflows, including how AI has been incorporated into day-to-day work.
  • Professional, polished, adaptable, and able to build credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • Recruiting Operations or Program Management alongside scheduling experience is highly preferred.
