We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, providing a great candidate experience, and supporting a fast-paced recruiting function. You'll play an important part in helping us attract top talent by coordinating the recruiting process from job posting through onboarding while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

What You'll Do:
  • Create and post engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • Previous recruiting coordination or Human Resources support experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
