Job Description: Caregiver (In-Home Support)
We are seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This is an essential role in helping our clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or recreational activities as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of care and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
  • Follow care plans and safety guidelines provided by the agency and healthcare professionals

Requirements upon employment:
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle with valid car insurance
  • Current LiveScan background check
  • Active CNA and/or HCA registration (Home Care Aide); we can assist in obtaining HCA
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Recent physical exam and negative TB test
  • Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (New grads encouraged to apply!)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience
  • Must be able to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule & Compensation:
