Engineering & Integration Manager March Air Reserve Base, CA / Hybrid Blu Omega is seeking an Engineering & Integration Manager to support a federal program focused on border security and surveillance operations. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for supporting mission-critical systems related to border protection and national security. The position requires experience supporting systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, and systems integration within a mission-driven environment. Program Overview Mission overview: Support efforts to detect, interdict, and prevent acts of terrorism, drug trafficking, and illegal border crossings through integrated surveillance and communication systems. The program involves working with C4I systems, ISR platforms, satellite communications, and sensor integrations, supporting international partners including Mexico and Canada. Key Details Location: March Air Reserve Base, CA / Hybrid Clearance: CBP required to start work Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required as a precondition of employment Responsibilities * Manage and direct the advanced C4I work of the Engineering and Integration team * Evaluate, analyze, redesign, and enhance C4I user interfaces using C, C++, Gimp Tool Kit (GTK), and Google Protocol Buffers * Evaluate, analyze, design, and enhance C4I and sensor air and maritime movement data systems utilizing C and C++ * Oversee and verify system wiring and data flow technical drawings * Assist with updating Maintenance Manuals and other contract-required documentation * Oversee the development and maintenance of C4I ancillary systems Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, cybersecurity, or systems integration within a mission-driven environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience with C4I systems and sensor integration * Experience with system wiring and data flow documentation * Experience updating maintenance manuals and technical documentation Compensation Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
