This position is located in the scenic town of Minden, Nevada, where outdoor recreation and a friendly community atmosphere thrive. Working onsite in home care, you will engage directly with patients in their environment, ensuring that therapy is integrated into their daily lives. Our work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life approach that allows you to dedicate time to your patients while preserving your personal time.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based protocols.
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions, focusing on rehabilitation techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain a patient-focused environment by treating one patient at a time, ensuring the highest quality of care without the involvement of techs or aides.
• Collaborate actively with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and the wider care team to provide integrated treatment solutions.
• Engage in our structured mentorship program with a fellowship-trained therapist to continuously develop your clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing musculoskeletal conditions, and overcoming injuries. This position demands a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by patients in rehabilitation, allowing you to deliver customized care that addresses their specific recovery goals. • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred, e.g., MPT or DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques as well as familiarity with modern rehabilitation protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic health records and a good grasp of clinical documentation practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but new graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Demonstrated exposure to patient education techniques and self-management strategies is a plus.
