Work Environment

This position is located in the scenic town of Minden, Nevada, where outdoor recreation and a friendly community atmosphere thrive. Working onsite in home care, you will engage directly with patients in their environment, ensuring that therapy is integrated into their daily lives. Our work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life approach that allows you to dedicate time to your patients while preserving your personal time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
  • Design and implement customized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based protocols.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions, focusing on rehabilitation techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
  • Monitor patient progress meticulously, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain a patient-focused environment by treating one patient at a time, ensuring the highest quality of care without the involvement of techs or aides.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred, e.g., MPT or DPT) from an accredited program.
