Are you an experienced Automotive Business/F&I Manager who excels at driving finance profitability while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction? Littleton Chevrolet is looking for a sharp, ethical, and high-performing leader to manage our Finance & Insurance Department.

The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

As the Business / F&I Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the sales department’s financial transactions, contract execution and aftermarket product sales, serving as the bridge between sales, lenders and our customers.

  • Maximize F&I Performance: Present financial options, vehicle service contracts, GAP insurance and protection packages transparently and effectively to every customer.
  • Lender & Credit Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with credit unions, captive lenders and regional banks to secure competitive approvals and optimal finance terms.
  • Deal Finalization & Compliance: Produce, review, and execute all title, registration, warranty and loan documentation with 100% precision and full regulatory compliance.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work directly with the sales team and sales managers to structure deals, overcome objections and facilitate smooth, efficient customer deliveries.
  • Fund Tracking: Monitor contract funding, CIT (contracts in transit) and lender payables to ensure rapid funding turnaround.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Experience: Proven track record as an Automotive F&I Manager / Business Manager in a retail dealership setting required.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of dealership management systems (DMS/CRM), lender platforms (RouteOne) and menu selling software.
  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal automotive financial regulations and legal compliance standards.
  • Traits: Sharp analytical skills, high integrity, strong closing capability and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; high school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
