Job description

Recovery Place is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment facility providing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, medication management, aftercare, and 12-step recovery programs. Currently, we are seeking a full-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide administrative and clerical support of a complex nature in a busy residential treatment facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, assisting Program Managers and Counselors with clients, collecting and posting payments in our EMR system, preparing reports and memos, and other tasks as needed

. The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Two years of front office experience. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Excellent written and verbal skills. Medical transcription experience is a plus. High school diploma/GED required, college degree a plus. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours during times of business need. The salary will be based on experience.
