Effective communication and collaboration are essential, as the Case Manager often serves as the central point of contact, ensuring all team members are aligned and that clients receive seamless support throughout their recovery journey.

To thrive as a Recovery Case Manager, you need a solid understanding of case management principles, mental health and substance abuse issues, typically supported by a degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
