Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Fontana, California. The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and technology to support the rehabilitation process. As an outpatient clinic, you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a focus on maintaining a positive work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical functioning and mobility to identify specific needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Manage a patient caseload by providing one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring effective and personalized interventions.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate various modalities, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy techniques tailored to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies to promote active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout the therapy process, fostering a supportive environment that aids in recovery.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to align with patients’ evolving needs and rehabilitation goals.

The primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The clinic serves a diverse community in Fontana, providing care to patients of all ages. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Strong professional integrity with a clean record free of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective exercise protocols tailored to patient needs.
• Experience working with EMR systems, notably with WebPT or similar software.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with patient-focused care frameworks and rehabilitation technologies will further enhance your suitability for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Pro Elite Physical Therapy Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience.
