Job description

Medical Records Clerk

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Medical Records Clerk for our DOC location. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Medical Records Clerk will work in the Medical Records Department and complete an array of tasks such as reviewing incoming documents for accuracy to assisting with walk-in patient requests for medical records/CDs. The Medical Records Clerk must be able to communicate effectively with patients, DOC physicians and staff.

Qualifications

Education required: HS/GED
