PENDING CONTRACT AWARDRole Summary
Provides operational and administrative support to the PMO, ensuring consistent reporting, deliverable tracking, analytics production, and collaboration space management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly reporting cadence, ENG 93 invoice support, and deliverables tracker
  • Produce dashboards, analytics, and briefing materials
  • Maintain SharePoint/Teams repositories for training records and artifacts
  • Coordinate correspondence, meeting minutes, and data calls
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of DoD administrative or program support experience
  • Strong data management and reporting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and collaboration tools proficiency
