Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Record Retrieval Specialist.
Job Title: Record Retrieval Specialist.
Location: Seattle, WA.
Hourly Rate: $21.05 + Benefits.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Record Retrieval Specialist will assist with retrieving, processing, organizing, and managing records in support of federal litigation and investigative activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Retrieve records from medical providers, businesses, government agencies, and other entities.
  • Track and manage records requests from initiation through completion.
  • Review records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Scan, organize, index, and electronically file documents.
  • Maintain accurate records management databases and tracking logs.
  • Process electronic and paper records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate document deliveries and ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with records custodians and government personnel.
  • Perform additional administrative and records management duties as assigned.

REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling confidential records.
  • Previous experience in records management, records retrieval, medical records, legal support, or administrative services is preferred.
  • Professional office environment.
  • Work involves handling confidential and sensitive records.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
  • Occasional lifting and movement of records or file boxes may be required.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Regular Business hours).
Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
